Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £10.

Dispatch Time: Estimated dispatch times are provided on each product's landing page. Please note that a dispatch time of 7 days refers to 7 working days from the moment your payment clears into our bank account (typically within 24 hours).

Peak Season Delays: Dispatch times may vary during busy periods such as bank holidays and the Christmas season. A more precise dispatch date will be available via your order tracking account once your order has been placed.

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted for non-custom-made items only. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Once approved, you have 14 working days to return the item.

Delivery Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain locations, such as the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We will notify you of any extra costs from the courier after the order is placed. You will have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to proceed with the additional charges.

Delivery Address: Delivery will be made to the address you specify during checkout. For deliveries to areas requiring a surcharge, production will begin only after your order is accepted and any additional charges have been paid.
Delivery Limitations: We currently deliver only within mainland UK.

Courier Service: Deliveries are handled by our chosen courier service. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us, and we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if the courier incurs a return fee.

Installation Advice: Please do not schedule a fitter until your order has been delivered, inspected for defects, and confirmed complete.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before arranging a return.

Eligibility for Returns

All standard (non–custom made) items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Custom-made or made-to-measure items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.

Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

How to Return an Item

Returns must be posted back to the address below.

Items must be sent with valid tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We do not accept returns in person.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
